What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a form on this site (for example, details about a property or your timeline).
- Information collected automatically: standard web analytics and advertising data via cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. This can include pages visited, device and browser information, and IP address.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you request.
- To store your contact information and inquiry history in our customer relationship management system.
- To send you relevant follow-up by email and, only if you explicitly opt in, by text message.
- To measure advertising performance (for example, reporting a form submission to Meta as a conversion event).
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Advertising platform data
We advertise our own services and read reporting data back from the advertising platforms we use, including through the Google Ads API. That data is aggregate and relates to our own account only. It contains no personal information about site visitors, and we do not resell or redistribute it.
